Registration Terms & Conditions

• • Please note there will be 18% GST extra on the given rates.
• • Registration Fee inculdes lunch & refreshments on all 3 conference days,1 welcome dinner and 1 Gala dinner
• • The organizers will utilize the email address and mobile number provided by you for conference communications.
• • The organizing committee will not be held liable for any changes in date or venue due to unforeseen reasons.
• • The conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays, delivery failures by post, or electronic communication failures.

Refund Policy

• • Cancellation requests for refunds must be emailed to the Conference Secretariat at carrs2025@ce.iitr.ac.in.
• • Registration cancellations received via email at the Secretariat's email address on or before 30th July 2025 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a ₹1,000 administrative fee (as per policy).
• • A 50% refund from the registration fee will apply for cancellations made from 1st October to 31st Oct 2025.
• • No refunds will be issued for requests sent on or after 31st, October 2025.
• • Applicable taxes, bank charges, and online charges will be non-refundable.
• • • Refunds will be processed one month after the completion of the conference.
